Our Mission
With roots as far back as 1964, our mission is to inspire, empower, and celebrate homeownership throughout the communities we serve. ERA Real Estate has been recognized multiple times as a Top Workplace and is known in the industry as a leading real estate brand that embraces collaboration, innovation, and local expertise.
Through the Generations
We’re a local business, homegrown right here in Albuquerque, and backed by one of the biggest brands in real estate. Founded in 1964, we’ve grown through the generations. In 2022 our owners Bridget Gilbert and Laura Garner stepped in to lead ERA Summit with a bright vision for our future.
While our own family has grown over the decades, the same is true for our clients. Our first-time buyers from the ’60s and 70’s are our downsizers today, and their grandchildren are finding their own first homes.
What We Do
We focus on what matters most. Our clients, their homes, their dreams, and the lives they want to build. We know that people don’t just buy a home. They invest in a dream. We believe that everyone in our community should have access to that dream.
It’s our brokers who live up to our lofty goals. We choose them carefully and then support them every step of the way. At ERA Summit no one goes it alone.
How We Do It
Real estate isn’t easy and going it alone is risky. It takes knowledge, hands-on experience, technology, and a team effort. At most offices, brokers are on their own. Not at ERA Summit. Our brokers are full service to their clients, and our company is full service to our brokers.
We’re collaborative, inclusive, and here to support our brokers whenever they need us. We guide and teach, with classes in the office and a leadership team who can answer questions when something sticky comes up.
